Questions people ask
Can I get photo prints delivered the same day?
Yes, in Chennai — orders placed before the daily cut-off are printed and delivered within about 2 hours by local courier. Everywhere else in India the fastest option is next working day, available in 16 cities.
Which cities get next day photo print delivery?
Next working day by 10:30 AM in Delhi, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Noida. Next working day by 12:00 PM in Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, Vadodara, Navi Mumbai, Gurgaon, Thane, Vasai, Vapi, Ghaziabad, Faridabad. Both run on BlueDart time-definite delivery and need the order placed before 5 PM.
What is the order cut-off time for express delivery?
5 PM for next working day delivery. Orders after that are dispatched the following working day. Sundays and public holidays are not working days for the courier, so a Saturday evening order moves to Monday.
How much does express delivery cost?
Express is ₹500 for next-working-day delivery. Standard delivery is free everywhere in India and takes 3-5 business days. You choose at checkout — nothing is added automatically.
Is this instant printing, like a photo booth?
No. We print your photos properly on 270 GSM glossy paper and courier them, so the quality is far better than a booth print and it lasts years rather than fading. "Instant" here means the delivery speed, not an on-the-spot machine.
Do you print passport photos or photocopies urgently?
No — we only print photos for keeping and display: polaroid-style retro prints, square, classic and mini sizes. We do not do passport photographs, photocopies, printouts or lamination, so a local print shop is the right place for those.
